Aim of the course is introducing students to administrative law literacy. The student who successfully completes the course will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the more relavant categories of administrative organisation and administrative action: organs and offices and its relations, subjective institutions and organizational models of the public administration – public bodies and public public entities; public employment; the administrative procedure and its phases; public procurement; public services. He or she will be able to look critically at traditional mode of the activities of the Public Administration, and to study the relationships between citizens, businesses and public administrations.
