The course aims to provide students with a greater
knowledge of the legal instruments available to
States, together with other international actors, to
cope with global environmental risks, highlighting, in
particular, the main interconnections between the
environmental, social and economic dynamics that led
to the elaboration of the concept of sustainable
development.
