The course will provide the main knowledge about the design and evaluation of integrated crop-livestock farming systems according to the livestock farming and feeding and grazing techniques, livestock breeds and resilience features taking into consideration the climate change challenges. Further knowledge will be provided about the evaluation of integrated crop-livestock farming sustainability in relation to the ecosystem services (quality and quantity of food production, biodiversity, landscape preservation, animal welfare, greenhouse gas emission, nutrient leakage in the environment).
