This course is aimed to give information about the most important secondary metabolites which are interesting for the agro-industry. In addition to a description of the secondary metabolites classes, their utilization in the agro-industry will be described: dyes, flavors, antioxidant molecules, antibiotics, biopesticides, ecc.
