The course is aimed at providing the students with the fundamental tools to assess the regulation of public procurement, with particular regard to social services.
The acquired knowledge will allow students to: fully reconstruct the relevant legal regulations about planning and organizing public procurement in social services; interact with public, private, and third-sector institutions operating in the area of public procurement; interpret the change and innovation of public procurement law; understand how to manage a public procurement process and which variables to appraise for introducing sustainable goals into public contracts.
