Learning outcomes
The course aims to improve students' knowledge of the tools, methodologies
and principles for the analysis and management of non-profit organizations. The student will acquire knowledge
regarding the issues of organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, envisioning, organizational culture,
motivation and involvement of volunteers, human resource management and other organizational variables that
take on particular importance in organizations non-profit or with dual purpose. Organizational opportunities and
challenges related to digitization processes will also be examined. Attention will also be paid to the realities of
hybrid organizations, benefit companies and B-Corporations. The course also provides for an in-depth study of the
theme of multi-sectoral inter-organizational collaborations with for-profit organizations that have higher levels of
corporate social responsibility.
