Learning outcomes
Knowledge
Students are expected to acquire: some knowledge of fundamental concepts and principles in Public Law; tools to study Sources of Law knowledge about Italian Institutions
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology. - The student has to demonstrate his/her ability to explain correctly the main topics presented during the course. - The student must demonstrate the ability to approach a circumscribed research theme, and organise an effective exposition of it.

The only aspect of the examination is the final oral exam.

Syllabus
Fundamental principles of Public Law. Sources of Law (Constitution, Statutes, Regulations). Relations between Central Law and Peripheral Law. Relations between National State and European Institutions Italian public institutions: Parliament, Gouvernment, President of the Republic. The Italian Constitutional Court.
