Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the legal rules on the interactions between a public administration and a private subject, in an european and comparative perspective and according to the general principles of due process and good administration
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology and comparing the legal rules of the examined countries.
