Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology. During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss link connection of thetopics of the course and presentation the work paper

Syllabus
The course will cover the topics listed below. - Legal system -Electoral system - The forms of state and government, with particular reference to the historical evolution of the state Italian - Italy and the European Union - The system of sources of law - The rights and freedoms - The constitutional organization of the Italian state (parliament, government, President of the Republic) - The regional and local - The judiciary - Constitutional justice The course duration is 63 hours. The exam consists of an oral test conducted in accordance with the criteria laid down in Article 23 of Regulation University Teaching committee
