Obiettivi di apprendimento
Learning outcomes
Conoscenze

Attraverso l’analisi di alcuni testi rappresentativi gli studenti acquisiranno gli strumenti storico-letterari e metodologici di base per un approccio a diversi aspetti del Settecento francese.

 
Knowledge

Introduction to Eighteenth-century. The student who completes the course successfully will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the main literary processes and events in French eighteenth century. He or she will be able to look critically at this literary period, and will have demonstrated the ability to define a (circumscribed) narrative problem, approach it and present the results in a structured way.

Stesura di una relazione scritta e esame orale.
Assessment criteria of knowledge

By mutual agreement with the professor, the student must submit a written report on a subject related to the program (discussion of a topic, analysis of a text / track / scene) completed with an updated bibliography and drawn from the most significant bibliographic catalogues available . Besides during the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression.

Throughout the analysis of some representative literary texts the student will become skilled in the historical-literary and methodological basis for an approach to various aspects of narrative structures of the eighteenth century.

Modalità d'esame

Esame orale. Previo accordo con la docente, lo studente è tenuto a presentare una relazione scritta su un argomento attinente al programma (trattazione di un argomento, analisi di un testo/brano/scena) corredata da una bibliografia aggiornata e redatta a partire dai più significativi cataloghi bibliografici disponibili. Maggiori informazioni potranno essere reperibili su Moodle.

Nota: Le relazioni corredate da bibliografia devono essere inviate alla docente 10 giorni prima della data dell'esame, in formato .doc, .docx, .rtf oppure .pdf.
