Al termine del corso, lo studente avrà acquisito conoscenze approfondite relative all'archeologia e all'arte greca (modulo I, 407LL) e romana (modulo II, 408LL), con particolare riferimento ai temi affrontati.
At the end of the course, the student will have acquired detailed knowledge of Greek (module I 407LL) and Roman (module II, 408LL) archaeology and art, with a particular emphasis on the topics examined.

Il programma riguarda principali aspetti cronologici, geografici, architettonici, urbanistici, antropologici dell’abitare in Grecia (modulo I) e nel mondo romano (modulo II). L’obiettivo è l’acquisizione di una sicura conoscenza delle tipologie abitative nel mondo greco, tra il periodo arcaico e la tarda età ellenistica (modulo I), e nel mondo romano, tra il periodo arcaico e la tarda età imperiale (modulo II). I partecipanti saranno guidati nell'approfondimento delle capacità di analisi e comprensione di siti e monumenti e della letteratura scientifica.
The course addresses the principal questions about the chronology, geography, architecture, and anthropology of ancient Greek (module I) and Roman (module II) housing. The primary goals include a detailed knowledge of Greek domestic architecture from the Archaic period to the Late Hellenistic age (module I) and of Roman domestic architecture from the Archaic period to the Late imperial age (module II). Participants will thus improve their skills in the analysis of sites and monuments, as well as their abilities in the critical reading of scientific literature.
