Se si impegnerà, alla fine del corso lo studente potrà acquisire le conoscenze relative ai testi letterari approfonditi durante il corso stesso. Ma un atteggiamento passivo da parte sua, e privo di spirito critico, impedirà qualsiasi acquisizione.
At the end of the course the student will gain the knowledge about the literary texts discussed during the course itself. But a passive attitude on his part, and devoid of critical spirit, will prevent any acquisition.
Durante le lezioni saranno poste domande relative alle questioni che emergeranno di volta in volta. E' poi prevista una relazione orale e una relazione scritta, che permetteranno di verificare l'acquisizione delle conoscenze.
During the lessons will be asked questions relating to the issues that will arise from time to time. Each student will take an oral report and a written report, which will allow to verify the acquisition of knowledge.
Lo studente dovrà sperimentare l'applicazione delle conoscenze acquisite durante la sua carriera in uno studio critico vero e proprio: i rilievi del docente e dei compagni dovrebbero aiutarlo ad acquisire la capacità di comprendere e commentare in modo adeguato (a livello "scientifico") i testi letterari italiani.
The student will test the application of knowledge acquired during his career in a real critical study: the teacher surveys should help him to acquire the ability to understand and comment appropriately italian literary texts.
La relazione orale sarà discussa: saranno quindi verificate le capacità di analisi critica. Ancor più la relazione scritta, dove sarà valutata anche la capacità di scrittura a livello di saggio critico.
The oral report will be discussed: the capacity for critical analysis will then be verified. Even more in the written report: it will be evaluated writing skills in the field of literary criticism.
Un comportamento che si auspica gli studenti acquisiscano, e non solo in campo letterario, è avvicinarsi a un testo con curiosità, interesse, ma soprattutto con grande spirito critico.
A behavior that is hoped the students to acquire, and not only in the literary field, is to approach a text with curiosity and interest, but above all with great critical spirit.
A chi dimostrerà, nell'esposizione o nella sua scrittura, di non possedere il giusto atteggiamento nei confronti dei testi studiati, sarà fatto notare.
Those who will not have the right attitude towards the texts studied, will be informed of it.
E' indispensabile una perfetta conoscenza della lingua italiana, che renda possibile comprendere i testi poetici antichi oggetto di studio del corso.
E' altresì necessario disporre di adeguate conoscenze di storia della letteratura italiana, di metrica italiana e di retorica, da applicare nello studio critico dei testi.
It is essential a perfect knowledge of the Italian language, which makes it possible to understand the ancient poetry, subject of this course.
it is also necessary to have adequate knowledge of the history of Italian literature, of Italian metric and of rhetoric, to be applied in the critical study of texts.
«L'arte rimembra / agli anni la beltà». La poesia di Michelangelo
Nel 2016 è stata pubblicata la nuova edizione critica e commentata delle rime di Michelangelo Buonarroti, dopo quelle benemerite, ma ormai datate, di Cesare Guasti, Carl Frey ed Enzo Noè Girardi. E' possibile oggi fare il punto, da una nuova base di partenza, sul versante poetico dell'opera del grande artista. Si tratta di approfondire la cultura e lo stile di Michelangelo poeta, la sua versatilità, i suoi «concetti», le «cose» e le ricercate difficoltà espressive. Inoltre, ancora viva è la discussione sullo "statuto" dei suoi testi, tutti affidati a manoscritti e variamente raggruppabili, tra sillogi, raccolte, testi isolati e frammenti. Il corso si prefigge di cercare nuovi percorsi nel corpus poetico michelangiolesco, aggiungendo, se possibile, ulteriori riferimenti intertestuali.

In 2016 the new critical and commented edition of Michelangelo Buonarroti's rhymes was published, after the well-deserved, but now outdated ones, by Cesare Guasti, Carl Frey and Enzo Noè Girardi. It is now possible to take stock, from a new starting point, of the poetic side of the great artist's work. It is a matter of exploring the culture and style of Michelangelo poet, his versatility, his «concetti» ['concepts'], «cose» ['things'] and his refined expressive difficulties. Furthermore, the discussion on the "status" of his texts is still alive, all of which are contained in manuscripts and variously groupable, including syllogues, collections, isolated texts and fragments. The course aims to look for new paths in Michelangelo's poetic corpus, adding, if possible, further intertextual references.

Trattandosi di un corso a struttura seminariale (vedi sotto: Modalità d'esame) è OBBLIGATORIA LA FREQUENZA da parte degli studenti. Solo in motivati casi particolari, chi è impossibilitato a frequentare e vuole sostenere l'esame deve concordare il programma con il docente.
The course is a seminar, and student attendance is mandatory. Only in justified individual cases, those who are unable to attend and wish to take the exam must agree on the program with the teacher.
Il corso ha una struttura seminariale, che prevede la frequenza e la partecipazione attiva da parte degli studenti, i quali, a seconda della quantità di frequentanti, dovranno svolgere una relazione (o due) in forma orale su testi poetici di Michelangelo, assegnati dal docente. Ogni relazione sarà discussa e commentata dal docente e dagli altri studenti, e riceverà una valutazione, che sarà comunicata individualmente al relatore in sede di ricevimento.
Dopo la fine del corso, entro le date che saranno indicate a suo tempo (si vedano le Note relative al presente insegnamento nel calendario sessioni d'esame in Valutami), dovrà essere consegnata la versione scritta di tale relazione (o relazioni) su uno stampato cartaceo, rispettando i limiti quantitativi prescritti dal docente. La valutazione finale terrà conto di tutte le attività svolte durante il corso (esposizioni orali e interventi di commento) e dell'elaborato scritto; di quest'ultimo non saranno trascurati gli aspetti formali.
Sarà possibile sostenere esami sul programma del corso a partire da giugno 2020.
The course is a seminar, which involves attendance and active participation from the students, who will give a presentation in oral form of poems by Michelangelo, awarded by teacher. Each report will be discussed and commented upon by the teacher and other students, and receive feedback, which will be communicated individually to the rapporteur at the time of receipt.
After the end of the course, by the dates that will be indicated at the time (see the Notes relating to this course in the exam session calendar in the "Valutami" portal), it must be handed the written version of this report on a printed hard copy, in compliance with the quantitative limits prescribed by the teacher. The final assessment will take account of all the activities carried out during the course (oral presentations and comments interventions) and of the written paper; the latter will not be neglected the formal aspects.
It will be able to take exams on the course program starting from June 2020.

The reception of the students takes place at the teacher's room, Palazzo Venera, Via Santa Maria 36, first floor.
It is a course of 12 cfu indivisible, a single module.
STUDENTS WHO WISH TO ATTEND THE COURSE ARE INVITED TO JOIN THE PLATFORM MOODLE, ESSENTIAL FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE COURSE. CALENDAR OF RELATIONS WILL SET FORTH ON THE BASIS OF SUCH REGISTRATION.
REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 17th OCTOBER 2019 INCLUDED, THEN IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO BE CONSIDERED AS STUDENTS ATTENDING THE COURSE. On 22nd OCTOBER, the teacher will make an appeal to the classroom, and the present (and only they) will be included in the calendar of the reports that will be held during the course. ALL OTHERS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED NOT ATTENDING.
EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION OF THE TEACHER, LINKED TO PARTICULARS AND CERTIFIED INDIVIDUAL REASONS, IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO RECORD THE LESSONS WITH ANY MEANS.
