Il ruolo e le responsabilità del dirigente in ambito di tutela della salute e sicurezza dei collaboratori
MODULO DI ORGANIZZAZIONE AZIENDALE:
Il corso fornirà gli elementi per comprendere le le caratteristiche del
“mercato sanitario” partendo dall'analisi della matrice di complessità.
Una parte del corso verterà sullo studio ed applicazione dei sistemi di Lean Thinking nel
sistema sanitario. Saranno ripresi cenni di economia sanitaria
propedeutici allo svolgimento del modulo.
OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE FORM The role and responsibilities of the manager in the field of employee health and safety protection
COMPANY ORGANIZATION FORM: The course will provide the elements to understand the characteristics of the "Healthcare market" starting from the analysis of the complexity matrix. Part of the course will focus on the study and application of Lean Thinking systems in the sanitary system. Elements of health economics will be resumed preparatory to the development of the module.

MODULO DI ORGANIZZAZIONE AZIENDALE: Il corso mira a fornire gli elementi per comprendere le dinamiche della gestione della pianificazione strategica, l'utilizzazione dei sistemi di controllo, la scelta dei modelli organizzativi, il re-engineering dei processi e la progettazione dei sistemi di accesso.

COMPANY ORGANIZATION MODULE: The course aims to provide the elements to understand the dynamics of strategic planning management, the use of control systems, the choice of organizational models, the re-engineering of processes and the design of access systems.
