Conoscenze

Il corso intende fornire  agli studenti  le conoscenze finalizzate a  comprendere la reologia ed i suoi esperimenti di base.

Knowledge

The course aims to provide students with the knowledge aimed at understanding the rheology and its basic experiments.

Modalità di verifica delle conoscenze

Gli studenti saranno valutati sulle conoscenze acquisite durante il corso di lezioni e sulla loro capacità di contestualizzarle applicandole a nuovi esempi . La continua interazione con il docente durante lo svolgimento delle lezioni consentirà di ottenere continuativamente una verifica sul progredire delle conoscenze degli studenti , eventualmente intervenendo con adeguate azioni di approfondimento laddove se ne presenti necessità

Assessment criteria of knowledge

Students will be assessed on the knowledge acquired during the course and on their ability to contextualize them by applying them to new examples. The continuous interaction with the teacher during the lessons of the course of will allow to continuously obtain a check on the progress of the students' knowledge, possibly intervening with appropriate in-depth actions where there are needs

Capacità

Il corso prevede l'acquisizione delle seguenti capacità principali:

  1. consapevolezza dell'importanza della reologia nella ricerca scientifica, nelle applicazioni industriali e nella vita, comprese le attività quotidiane;
  2. conoscenza fenomenologica dei principali comportamenti reologici dei materiali;
  3. riconoscimento del comportamento reologico di differenti materiali;
  4. applicazione dei principali modelli reologici ;
  5. conoscenza dei metodi sperimentali di indagine reologica e principale strumentazione
  6. trattamento matematico tensoriale della reologia.
Skills

The course includes the acquisition of the following main skills:

  1. awareness of the importance of rheology in scientific research, in industrial applications and in life, including daily activities;
  2. phenomenological knowledge of the main rheological behaviors of the materials;
  3. recognition of the rheological behavior of different materials;    
  4. application of the main rheological models;
  5. knowledge of the experimental methods of rheological survey and main instrumentation;
  6. mathematical tensor treatment of rheology..
Modalità di verifica delle capacità

La modalità di verifica delle conoscenze e delle capacità degli studenti prevede l'interazione continua con il docente durante le lezioni nonchè lo svolgimento di seminari da concordare col docente.  Informazioni aggiornate sulle modalità di esame saranno disponibili alla pagina di e-learning del corso.

Assessment criteria of skills

The modality of verification of the knowledge and the capacities of the students foresees the continuous interaction with the teacher during the lessons as well as the carrying out of seminars to be agreed with the teacher. Updated information on the methods of examination will be available on the e-learning page of the course.

Lo studente potrà acquisire consapevolezza dell'importanza della reologia in molti campi delle scienza e attività umane e/o sviluppare sensibilità alle problematiche reologiche.

La modalità di verifica delle conoscenze e delle capacità degli studenti prevede l'interazione continua con il docente durante le lezioni nonchè lo svolgimento di seminari individuali alla fine del corso.

The modality of verification of the students knowledge and skills foresees the continuous interaction with the teacher during the lessons as well as the carrying out of individual seminars at the end of the course.

Indicazioni per non frequentanti

Le modalità di esame per studenti non frequentanti sono limitate ad un esame orale sul programma svolto a lezione durante il semestre.

Non-attending students info

Exam methods for non-attending students are an oral exam on the program of lessons during the semester.

Modalità d'esame

La modalità di verifica delle conoscenze e delle capacità prevede lo svolgimento di una prova orale, oppure la presentazione con successiva discussione di un seminario su un argomento preventivamente concordato col docente. Quest'ultima modalità è strettamente riservata a studenti che abbiano frequentato assiduamente le lezioni durante il semestre e che abbiano soddisfatto le modalità di verifica delle conoscenze durante lo svolgimento delle lezioni.

Assessment methods

The method of verifying knowledge and skills involves conducting an oral exam, or presenting, and then discussing , a seminar on a topic previously agreed with the teacher. This last modality is strictly reserved to students who have regularly attended the lessons during the semester and who have satisfied the methods of verifying the knowledge during the lessons.
