PLASTIC SURGERY MODULE
Knowing plastic surgery in all its multiple subspecialties such as reconstructive surgery, malformation surgery, hand surgery, burns, reconstructive microsurgery, cosmetic surgery and regenerative surgery.
RHEUMATOLOGY MODULE
Knowledge of the pathogenetic mechanisms of inflammatory, degenerative and connective tissue rheumatic diseases.
Laboratory and clinical picture diagnostics of inflammatory, degenerative and connective tissue rheumatic diseases.
Knowledge of the pathogenetic mechanisms of primary and secondary osteoporosis.
Clinical picture, laboratory and instrumental diagnostics of primary and secondary osteoporosis.
ALLERGOLOGY AND CLINICAL IMMUNOLOGY MODULE
Knowledge of the pathogenetic mechanisms of systemic autoimmune diseases;
Knowledge of the specificity of autoantibodies and of the diagnostic and prognostic role of their determination;
Knowledge of the pathogenetic mechanisms of allergic diseases;
Clinical picture and diagnosis (in-vivo and in-vitro) of allergic diseases
ORTHOPEDICS AND TRAUMATOLOGY MODULE
Summary knowledge of epidemiological data of orthopedic diseases of pediatric relevance.
Vocabulary sharing and definitions of the most common traumatic diseases and deformities.
Knowledges of the pathophysiological mechanism of the degenerative, metabolic, traumatic, neoformative diseases of orthopedic relevance.
Clinical and instrumental diagnostic principles and treatment of orthopedic and traumatic pathologies.
The prosthetic replacement.
Le conoscenze verranno verificate con una prova d'esame orale che verterà su almeno 3 domande del corso di esame per ogni modulo che mireranno ad accertare la conoscenza del programma d'esame in linea con la bibliografia di riferimento e i contenuti delle lezioni.
L'esame orale, prevede un voto in trentesimi e ha il duplice scopo di verificare il livello di conoscenza e di comprensione dei contenuti del corso e di valutare l'autonomia di giudizio, la capacità di apprendimento e l'abilità comunicativa
The knowledge will be verified with an oral exam which will focus on at least 3 questions of the exam course for each module which will aim to ascertain the knowledge of the exam program in line with the reference bibliography and the contents of the lessons.
The oral exam provides a vote in thirtieths and has the dual purpose of verifying the level of knowledge and understanding of the course content and of assessing the autonomy of judgment, the learning ability and the communicative ability.

Per comprendere le problematiche di chirurgia plastica lo studente deve possedere una preparazione specifica relativa alla anatomia umana, fisiologia ed anatomia patologica
MODULO REUMATOLOGIA:
Per comprendere meccanismi patogenetici e manifestazioni cliniche delle principali malattie autoimmuni lo studente deve possedere una preparazione specifica relativa alla anatomia umana, fisiologia e fisiopatologia .
PLASTIC SURGERY MODULE
To understand the problems of plastic surgery the student must have a specific preparation related to human anatomy, physiology and pathological anatomy.
RHEUMATOLOGY MODULE
To understand pathogenetic mechanisms and clinical manifestations of the main autoimmune diseases, the student must have a specific preparation relating to human anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology.
ATTIVITÀ TEORICO-PRATICA DEL MODULO DI ORTOPEDIA
Seminari
Sono destinati ad approfondire i temi affrontati nelle lezioni frontali ed a sviluppare altri aspetti della patologia ortopedica e traumatologica, semeiotica ortopedica, xxxxxxxxxxxx, primo soccorso, mezzi di trasferimento del traumatizzato, principi di guarigione delle fratture, osteosintesi.
Esercitazioni ortopedia
Sono organizzate per piccoli gruppi di studenti e si svolgono nelle corsie, negli ambulatori, nel pronto soccorso e nelle sale gessi. Gli studenti parteciperanno alla visita dei pazienti e collaboreranno alla confezione di apparecchi gessati, medicazioni, ecc.

Lezioni frontali interattive con approccio tipo "problem base learning" e "problem solving".

THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL ACTIVITY OF THE ORTHOPEDICS MODULE
Seminars
They are intended to deepen the topics covered in the frontal lessons and to develop other aspects of orthopedic and traumatological pathology, orthopedic semeiotics, first aid, means of transferring the traumatized patient, principles of healing of fractures, osteosynthesis.
Orthopedics exercises
They are organized for small groups of students and take place in the wards, in the outpatient clinics, in the emergency room and in the the chalks rooms. Students will participate in the patient visit and collaborate in the production of plaster casts, dressings, etc.

Argomenti di Ortopedia
Terminologia e definizione delle patologie ortopediche. Malformazioni congenite: generalità; localizzazioni più frequenti. Malformazioni acquisite: etiopatogenesi. Localizzazioni e tipi più frequenti. Displasia congenita dell’anca: prelussazione, lussazione franca, lussazione inveterata, sub-lussazione, inquadramento e trattamento. Coxa valga e coxa vara. La patologia dolorosa dell’anca del bambino e dell’adulto: osteocondrosi, epifisiolisi, coxartrosi, epidemiologia, quadro clinico e strumentale, trattamento. Deviazioni assiali: ginocchio valgo e ginocchio varo.
La patologia malformativa del piede del bambino: piede torto, piede piatto, piede cavo. La patologia dolorosa del piede dell’adulto: alluce valgo e rigido, deformità delle dita, patologia aponevrotica, nervosa e vascolare, metatarsalgie. Le tendinopatie: tendinosi, peritendiniti e rotture sottocutanee; inquadramento clinico e strumentale e principi di trattamento. La scoliosii e il dorso curvo: definizione, epidemiologia, classificazioni, inquadramento clinico e strumentale, trattamento incruento e cruento. Le infezioni: tubercolosi osteoarticolare e vertebrale; osteomielite.
Il torcicollo: inquadramento e principi di trattamento. Le lesioni ostetriche dell’arto superiore. Le deformità poliomelitiche e spastiche. I tumori primitivi e secondari dello scheletro: inquadramento e trattamento.
L’artrosi: artrosi del rachide, coxartrosi, gonartrosi. Epidemiologia, aspetti clinici e strumentali (RX, TC, RMN), trattamento. Le sindromi canalicolari: compressione nervo ulnare, nervo mediano, nevralgia parestesica. Le lombalgie e le lombosciatalgie: patogenesi, inquadramento clinico e strumentale, principi di trattamento. L’ernia del disco. L’instabilità degenerativa. La spondilolistesi, le cervicalgie e le cervicobrachialgie: inquadramento e trattamento. Le osteocondrosi epifisarie e apofisiarie: diagnostica e trattamento.

Generalità sulle contusioni, distorsioni, fratture e lussazioni. Il decalogo delle fratture di Putti. Principi generali di trattamento. Le fratture vertebrali: inquadramento e trattamento. Le fratture del collo del femore: tecniche chirurgiche. Le fratture delle ossa lunghe: inquadramento e principi di trattamento. Le lesioni capsulo-legamentose e meniscali del ginocchio. Le lesioni miotendinee: tecniche diagnostiche e terapeutiche. Le rotture sottocutanee dei tendini. Le lesioni dei nervi periferici. Le lesioni traumatiche della mano. La fissazione esterna. Orthopedics Topics
Terminology and definition of orthopedic pathologies. Congenital malformations: generalities; more frequent localizations. Acquired malformations: ethiopathogenesis. Localizations and most frequent types. Congenital hip dysplasia: prelussation, frank dislocation, inveterate dislocation, sub-dislocation, classification and treatment. Coxa valga and coxa vara. The painful pathology of the hip of the child and the adult: osteochondrosis, epiphysiolysis, coxarthrosis, epidemiology, clinical and instrumental picture, treatment. Axial deviations: valgus knee and varus knee.
The malformative pathology of the child's foot: clubfoot, flat foot, hollow foot. The painful pathology of the adult foot: hallux valgus and stiff, deformity of the toes, aponeurotic, nervous and vascular pathology, metatarsalgia.
