Programma (contenuti dell'insegnamento)
  • Conoscere le origini storiche della Professione Ostetrica e l’attuale normativa di riferimento.
  • Conoscere la responsabilità dell'ostetrica rispetto al proprio codice deontologico, agli aspetti civili, penali, amministrativi.
  • Conoscere profilo professionale dell’ostetrica (D.M. 740/1994).
  • Conoscere la rete Materno Infantile (POMI), i Consultori, (D.M. 405/1975), il nuovo assetto dell’Azienda Toscana Nord Ovest.
  • Conoscere il Percorso Nascita della Regione Toscana e nell’Azienda Toscana Nord Ovest.
  • Conoscere la legge 194/1978, la prevenzione delle MST, i metodi di contraccezione.
  • Conoscere le basi della prevenzione e i programmi di screening regionali.
  • Conoscere le caratteristiche del neonato fisiologico e neonato sano, l’assistenza al neonato sano, gli aspetti medico-legali e normativi.
  • Saper definire i concetti/costrutti della disciplina Ostetrica: Normal Birth, Salute, Società/Ambiente, Donna, Midwifery Care
Syllabus

Know the historical origins of the Obstetric Profession and the current reference legislation. Knowing the responsibility of the midwife with respect to their own code of ethics, civil, criminal, administrative aspects. Know the professional profile of the midwife (Ministerial Decree 740/1994). Get to know the Maternal and Child Network (POMI), the Consultors, (Ministerial Decree 405/1975), the new structure of the North West Tuscany Company. Learn about the Birth Path of the Tuscany Region and the North West Tuscany Company. Know the law 194/1978, the prevention of STDs, the methods of contraception. Know the basics of prevention and regional screening programs. Knowing the characteristics of the physiological newborn and healthy newborn, the assistance to the healthy newborn, the medico-legal and regulatory aspects. Knowing how to define the concepts / constructs of the obstetric discipline: Normal Birth, Health, Society / Environment, Woman, Midwifery Care
