Non-attending students info

Non-attending students are advised to contact the teacher to develop an adequate and effective study strategy for the acquisition of the skills that the course aims to promote.

Assessment methods

The exam consists of an oral test aimed at determining the level of skills acquired by the student in relation to the course contents. In particular, the exam is divided into two parts.

The first part consists of a seminar (lasting about 25 minutes) on a topic (from a scientific article or book) chosen independently by the student and relevant to the topics covered in the course. During the presentation, each member of the examination committee may ask questions about the contents of the seminar.

In the second part of the exam, questions (or requests to carry out exercises) will be asked on specific parts of the program carried out in the course. Finally, both the two parts into which the oral exam is divided, will contribute to the final evaluation of the exam.
