Il corso si propone di offrire agli studenti e alle studentessa gli strumenti necessari a sviluppare sensibilità e competenze in relazione alle questioni di genere nella interpretazione e nella formulazione dei testi normativi. Attenzione specifica sarà dedicata all'analisi del linguaggio giuridico in prospettiva di genere e al rapporto tra diritto e stereotipi di genere.
The course aims to provide students with the necessary tools to develop sensitivity and skills in relation to gender issues in the interpretation and formulation of normative texts. Specific attention will be paid to the analysis of legal language from a gender perspective and the relationship between law and gender stereotypes.
