Conoscenze

Conoscenze manualistiche sull'arte moderna

Textbook knowledge of modern art

Knowledge

Starting from the concept of image, the course aims to explore its meaning, its multiple expressive declinations, its progressive evolution from traditional media to digital media, and its encroachments on "irregular" contexts. Themes related to the approach to the reading of the image and its comprehension will then be addressed, reflecting, through specific cases, on the spatial-temporal contexts, languages, codes, and gaze dynamics. Particular attention will be paid to methodological and educational aspects.
