Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of intellectual property rights. He will be aware of distinctive signs (in particular trademarks) and creative works (in particular copyright) and he will be able to understand: a) who infringes the intellectual property rights; b) which remedies could be acted; c) which IP uses are free. He also will be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of acts of unfair competition between traders and Antitrus legislation.

The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.Methods:
