Syllabus
The course offers an analysis of the process of planning and control of public organizations with particular regard to central and local government and the field of public health.
The course analyzes the characters that takes planning and control in public administration. The course includes an analysis of the role of public management, the managerial functions and the characteristics of public services. The course focus on the exam of the tools of strategic and operational planning and control: Balanced scorecard; performance prism; budget and forecasting budget, report, table of indicators.
