Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the most important processes of inorganic industrial chemistry.
Students are expected to strengthen the knowledge of the thermodynamic and kinetic principles of chemical industrial processes.
Students are expected to acquire:
some knowledge of the chemical engineering of industrial processes;
some knowledge of industrial heterogenous catalysis and the fundamental rules for the preparation of heterogeneous catalysts.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her
knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss the reading
matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression.
