Obiettivo di apprendimento del corso è consentire allo studente di acquisire la conoscenza dei principi fondamentali del diritto amministrativo, dell'organizzazione della Pubblica Amministrazione e dell'azione amministrativa, del rapporto tra cittadino e Pubblica Amministrazione.
Students are expected to acquire: some knowledge of fundamental principles and rules in Administrative Law; some knowledge of administrative organization knowledge about operating mode of the activities of the Public Administration tools to study relationship between citizen and Public Administration
Lo studente sarà chiamato a dimostrare la sua capacità di discutere degli argomenti trattati nell'ambito del corso, utilizzando la terminologia appropriata; dovrà altresì dimostrare la padronanza delle principali problematiche analizzate durante il corso; dovrà dimostrare la sua acquisita capacità di affrontare un tema di ricerca circoscritto, organizzandone l'esposizione.
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology. - The student has to demonstrate his/her ability to explain correctly the main topics presented during the course. - The student must demonstrate the ability to approach a circumscribed research theme, and organise an effective exposition of it.
