The student who successfully completes the course will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of all succession law and, in particular, of the new inheritance contract named FAMILY PACT.The student, at the end of the course, you should able tou solve new problemes that arise on the ralations between the new contract and the family inheritance law.
During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression.
