Syllabus
The aim of this course is to provide students with the basic tools for understanding, analyzing and evaluating institutions behavior and performance in the world of tourism. We will look at concepts from international organization behavior, such as leadership, change management, collaborations and cooperation (group dynamics), organizational culture and change, leadership, ethics. Also, we will discuss issues of tourism governance, innovation and dynamics, etc. The course will be based on materials provided by the faculty such as Harvard Business case studies. This is a very time/reading/writing intense course.
