Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will be able to demonstarte a basic knowledge of the main contents of private law, with particular regard to sources of law, legal entities, natural persons, personality rights, contract law, tort law, and, finally, family and inheritance law. S/he is required to be able to coordinate its knowledge of public and private law.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
During the oral exam the student will have to be able to explain correctly the main topics presented during the course, and to solve practical problems.
