Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will have the ability to know the fundamental issues of criminal regulation of economy, with particular reference to the "white collars crime" and the criminological aspects of this matter. The course covers the problems concerning the role of criminal law in economy: the student will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the principles of criminal responsibility about the business crimes and corporation's crimes. Students are expected to acquire knowledge about company crimes and bankruptcy, in the frame of constitutional principles.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression.
