Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The student who complets the course successfully will be able to demostrate a solid knoledge of public and constitutional law with regard to regional aspects of the rules making,the form of government, the admistrative functions and organisation, the relationships between State, Regions and the local communities (Provinces, Communes, etc.)and also between Regions and European Union.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology. During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression.

Syllabus
The course will be developed with a comparison between the regional order as well as historically grown on the basis of the original constitutional provisions of the in 1948, and those resulting from the integral constituional reform of Title V of that has realized ??by the constitutional laws n. 1/1999 and n. 3/2001 and, as regards the regions with special status, the l. cost. n. 2/2001. To participate to the course it will be required the knowledge of the law May 5, 2009, n. 42 (Delegation to the Government in the field of fiscal federalism, in implementation of Article 119 of the Constitution)and the consequent following regulations. To pass the final oral exam it will be indispensable an investigation of the evolution of constitutional jurisprudence relative to regional matter.
