Knowledge
The student will be able to participate in and contribute to activities of analysis, design, development, management and improvement of the elements of a Quality Management System in a public and private Company.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
With the oral discussion the student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.
In the written exam with a test by computer the student must demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and to organise an effective and correctly written reply.

• the principles and models of the management of anorganization applied in a System of Quality Management at both the historical development of different situations of the industry and the "market"
• the criteria, methods and basic techniques of quality management and in particular those of QM derived from ISO 9001:2008
• the methods and techniques of continuous improvement and problem solving
