The student who successfully completes the course will have the ability to understand the basic principles and institutions of private law, with particular regard to natural and legal persons, situations of belonging and institutes like obligations, and contract which constitute the rationales of the legal circulation of goods. Students will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the language and the logic of Private law and, therefore, a solid method of legal analysis of private relationship.
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate legal language. During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and of the Civil code and his comprehension of the mechanisms through which it is possible to gain rights on goods belonging to others or on other's performance. The student must demonstrate the ability to put into practice and to execute, with critical awareness, the activities illustrated or carried out under the guidance of the teacher during the course.
