Knowledge
By the end of this course the students will know the gross and microscopic anatomy and the functional anatomy of the locomotor, vascular, immunitary, digestive, respiratory, urogenital, endocrine systems, as well as the central and peripheral nervous system and the specialized sensory organs.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student must demonstrate knowledge of the topics with a multiple choice test.

Syllabus
The course provides the basic principles about the morphology of the locomotor, vascular, immunitary, digestive, respiratory, urogenital, endocrine apparatus, as well as specialized sensory organs, central and peripheral nervous system. The course is organized into lectures and practicals. Special emphasis will be given on the structure and the ultrastructure of the organs and the interrelationship between the morphology and the functions.
