Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will have the ability to understand the dynamics of managing a group in general and managing a sports group in particular. The student will also be able to identify the reasons for the possible crisis of groupal links and set and implement the appropriate strategy for their resolution.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.
During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression.Methods:

Syllabus
We illustrate the basics of classical pedagogical theory, theories of work organization as the genesis of the theory of educational psychology of groups: Taylorism, the theory of human relations, Toyotism. Analysis of the game as a fundamental element of cognitive or motor development and analysis of neuro-psycho-motor-cognitive characteristics in all age ranges. The socio-educational groups in contemporary society and analysis of groupal key figures within the group and with the coach. The value of sociometric studies.
