Knowledge
Students are expected to acquire:
some knowledge of fundamental concepts and principles in Public Law;
tools to study Sources of Law
knowledge about Italian Institutions
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.
- The student has to demonstrate his/her ability to explain correctly the main topics presented during the course.
- The student must demonstrate the ability to approach a circumscribed research theme, and organise an effective exposition of it.

Italian public institutions: Parliament, Gouvernment, President

The Italian Constitutional Court.
