Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The course , in the General Section , intends to address the issues of administrative, contractual , operational andStrategic Human Resources in companies with a managerial approach and professionalizing , combining the basic knowledge of human resource management with the ability to use techniques and application methodologies,in with a view to increase productivity , efficiency and effectiveness . From here the use of forms of active teaching (exercises, case studies and testimonials ) that make it highly desirable frequency active.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
- The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology. - During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression. - The student's ability to explain correctly the main topics presented during the course at the board will be assessed. - With the oral presentation, to be made to the teacher and the other students, the student must demonstrate the ability to approach a circumscribed research problem, and organise an effective exposition of the results. - The student must demonstrate the ability to put into practice and to execute, with critical awareness, the activities illustrated or carried

Syllabus
Personnel management:activities,actors,evolution of the function and the different models of personnel management;empowerment and management style ;the performance management . The process of recruitment and the selection; measurement of turnover and techniques for programming requirements. The administrative management: calculating payroll and labor cost side company ; processes and procedures in administrative management(working hours,holidays, maternity leave,etc.).Protection of personal data (privacy): the Legislative Decree no. n . 196/2003; the employment relationship and the various forms of contract ; employment centers and employment agencies ; active labor market policies ; the inclusion in the company: the choice of the type of contract can be activated and meet its requirements ;from Biagi Reform " to "Reform Fornero".
