Knowledge
The student who completes the course successfully will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge in enzymology starting from basic principles of the enzyme catalysis to different kinetc approaches of the enzyme function. In this regard the student will be able to correlate results of different effectors of the enzyme activity, compare the regulatory usefulness of different regulatory actions and evaluate the limits of different approaches in studing the enzyme activity.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
- During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss different subjects using the appropriate terminology.
