Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will have an introductive knowledge of the main aims, principles and methods of both neuropsychological sciences in general and developmental neuropsychology in particular. He or she will acquire theoretical knowledge of the main cognitive functions (intelligence, language, memory, attention and executive functions, visuo-spatial and visuo-perceptual skills) and their developmental course. He or she will also be aware of the main instruments to evaluate cognitive functions during developmental age and of their possible dysfunctions.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
In the written exam, the student must demonstrate both his/her theoretical knowledge of the course contents and his/her ability to put it into practice by solving some pretended problematic situations.

Further information:
Written examination includes: - 15 multiple-choice questions (four alternatives, only one being correct; a penality is charged for each incorrect answer); - one open question on a general subject (weighted 15 % on the final evaluation).
