The student who completes the course successfully will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the most relevant aspects concerning the ideas of "ecosystem", "territory", and "tourism system". In the second module of the course the student will acquire a solid knowledge of the technologies supporting the development of the tourism at the time of the web 2.0.
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.

The course will provide the basic tools to the analysis of touristical resources and their management by taking into account environmental sustainability. The course provides notions on the design and implementation of dynamic web sites and data bases.
