Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The student who completes the course successfully will be able to: follow the national/international code of conduct and ethics; evaluate the biochemical data of nutritional interest of the patient in relation to various diseases; develop and administer customized dietary patterns in patients with acute illness, chronic, degenerative and metabolic in origin; recommending dietary products and their use more appropriate in case of: Celiac Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Malnutrition, enteral Nutrition, intestinal issues, develop a plan for enteral nutritional therapy in the hospital and at home, give information and / or explanations of enteral nutrition to the patient / caregiver, working in teams, using current technology
Assessment criteria of knowledge
During the oral exam the student must be able to make a dietetic/nutrition related diagnosis and treat and counsel a client/patient.

The internship is aimed at the application of diet therapy in various diseases. Particular attention will be paid to diabetes, kidney diseases , gastrointestinal disorders/diseases, obesity, artificial nutrition, nutritional problems after surgery, eatings disorders, nutritional problems in neurological patients (dysphafia, nutritional problems in children
