Learning outcomes
Knowledge
The student will gain knowledge about the various drugs and current technologies for their determination on both material underground market of biological matrices. It must also know how to toxicological assessment and interpretation of cases of poisoning
Assessment criteria of knowledge
In the written exam the student must demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and to organise an effective and correctly written reply.

Expertise and Technical Advisory Diagnosis of poisoning; Absorption, distribution and elimination of toxic; Diffusion and redistribution post-mortem. Acquisition and interpretation of toxicological data (causality) General information on the major mining techniques applied to the Forensic Toxicology General information on analytical techniques (GC, GC-MS, LC-MS) applied to the Forensic Toxicology CO poisoning, HCN, H2S also in relation to fire: Alcohol intoxication General information on drugs and their intoxication Alcohol and drugs Legislation.
