Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will have a complete knowledge of property rights and ownership regulation according to national rules and international principles, together with a solid knowledge of the mechanisms of registration of the acts, such as contracts and judicial decisions, which bear on the transfer of property rights. The student will also receive an introduction to Family Law and Inheritance Law.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The students' ability to explain the main course contents, with appropriate words and terminology, will be assessed by a final oral exam, written examination and partecipation in seminar discussion.

This course covers the law of Property rights, Inheritance and Family, according to national and international rules and regulations.
