Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will have a good knowledge of the basic principles of electromagnetism in vacuum and in materials and mastery of the method of analysis and problem solving.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
In the written exam the student must demonstrate his ability to analyze and solve problems related to the topics covered in the course.
During the oral exam the student must demonstrate its understanding of the fundamental laws of classical electromagnetism and be able to apply them to the analysis and resolution of related problems.

Syllabus
The course aims to describe the laws of classical electromagnetism in vacuum and in materials: electrostatics, electric currents, magnetostatics, electromagnetic induction, with the goal of a full understanding of Maxwell's equations in integral form.
