Learning outcomes
Knowledge
Students will acquire tools of principal marketing applied to tourism. Relative themes of purchasing behaviour and tourist spending will be dealt with. In addition knowledge of how to plan the tourist product/service and logics of services will be studied.

Syllabus
The course intends to provide key critical and strategic literature on the tourist phenomenon within a logic of service and marketing. The course offers a general and complete frame on tourist industry, facing the scenario, the tendencies and the challenges in progress and also the stakeholders.
