Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will be able to read mechanical drawings of components and assemblies of industrial machines, machinery parts and other mechanical equipments. He will be able to prepare complete 2D technical drawings of individual mechanical parts by properly using engineering drawing standards.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
- The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.
- In the written exam (3 hours), the student must demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material. In particular, the student has to to demonstrate the practical ability in using the Technical Rules to represent and dimension a machine component.
