Knowledge
The student who completes the course successfully will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the main topics related to imaging of human body, basic pharmacology, drug delivery, drug kinetics and bioavailability. The student will acquire knowledge of drug toxicology, in particular to doping-related substances.
The student will acquire knowledge about drug metabolism and individual-related diversity in metabolism.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on the ability to discuss the main course
topics using the appropriate terminology or by answering to the
multiple choice questions related to the course topics.

Syllabus
The course provides notions on imaging, drug delivery and metabolism.
The course provides the basics for various drugs interaction sites and
mechanism of action. Therapeutic effects, duration of action and
toxicology are analysed during the course,
Nutraceutical notions are basically provided.
