Knowledge
The student will acquire the essential knowledge regarding health and disease, and the relationship with individual, social, behavioural and environmental factors.
He will also acquire the knowledge of the basic elements about the aims and organization of the national healthcare system. The student will learn the role of physical activity in health promotion and disease prevention and the main elements of hygiene for sporting activities and environments.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.Methods:
