Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will to be able to describe the scientific principles and politics related to nuclear, chemical and biological weapons.
He/she will have a historical perspective on peace politics.
He/she will be able to make critical analyses on historical facts and to reasonably predict developments on weapons control and disarmament.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed on his/her ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology.
