Knowledge
The course aims at deepening the knowledge acquired in the course of the Comparative Legal Systems for the point of view of the public law.
In order to develop pursue such an objective, the course will focus on the notion of "constitution", analyzed, also from a historical point of view, in different legal order, mainly related to the Western legal tradition.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
During the oral exam the student must be able to demonstrate his/her knowledge of the course material and be able to discuss the reading matter thoughtfully and with propriety of expression.Methods:

In order to combine the main objective of the course with the need to introduce the study of “micro-comparison”, the course will focus on some specific topics, in order to carry out an analysis and a comparison concerning the essential features of the institutions of some of the most significant foreign systems, choosing the ones that better help understanding differences and similarities between different traditions.
