Knowledge
Students collaborate in the evaluation of mental disability and potential, analyze the needs and demands of evolution and reveal the resources of the family and social environment. Cooperate in the identification of training objectives and therapeutic psychiatric rehabilitation and in the formulation of the specific intervention program aimed at the recovery and development of the subject being treated. Implement interventions aimed at enabling / rehabilitation of persons to take care of himself and interpersonal relationships of varying complexity and, where possible, to employment. They operate in the context of primary prevention in the area, in order to promote the development of network relationships, to facilitate the acceptance and management of risk situations of diseases known. They operate on families and on the social context of the subjects, in order to facilitate their reintegration into the community. Collaborate in the evaluation of the results of the program.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student must demonstrate the ability to put into practice and to execute, with critical awareness, the activities illustrated or carried out under the guidance of the tutor during the internship.

Syllabus
The training process is divided into lectures and practical training. In particular, the latter has as its objective the acquisition of professional skills of psychiatric rehabilitation specialist, ie assessment, planning, implementation and monitoring of rehabilitation. The training activity related to the internship takes place in structures agreed with the tutor with the aim of formulating a thesis project specific.
