Knowledge
The student who completes the course successfully will be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the pharmacology. In particular, the student will be able to discuss how the drugs may act at the molecular level (pharmacodynamics), their disposition within the body (pharmacokinetics), and their clinical use. Particular importance will be deserved to the administration of pharmacological agents. For this, routes and modalities of drug administration will be carefully examined in order to increase the students' awareness for his/her future clinical activity.
Assessment criteria of knowledge
The student will be assessed by a multiple-choice questionnaire based on the entire course programme.
