Knowledge
The student who successfully completes the course will have the ability to understand the dynamics and complexities of consumers' choices. He/she will be aware of the three dimensions of consumer behavior: individual, decisional, environmental.

The student will be assessed on his/her demonstrated ability to discuss the main course contents using the appropriate terminology
